Waiting for payment:
Your order has been received by us and will be sent immediately after receipt of payment!

Received payment:
The payment to your order has been booked. The goods will be sent immediately!

Sent:
Your order has been shipped. At the same time, you will receive another e-mail from DHL.

Partial delivery:
As not all items were in stock, we have already sent the bulk of your order. The remaining items will be delivered as soon as possible at our expense. 

 

Are all items in stock? How soon can I expect the goods?

We are very keen to have all items in stock. Approximately 95% of the items offered are in stock and will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. If you need a delivery in a hurry, simply ask by phone or e-mail whether all selected items are stocked.

Can I exchange goods, should an article not fit or please?

Of course! You buy without risk and have the possibility to return it within one month after receipt of the goods. (For further information, see below under Complaints, Return and Exchange).

In what size do I have to order my desired article?

All articles are produced in EU sizes and therefore usually fall out normally. Unfortunately, we can not show the measurements of the individual T-shirts, since there are no standard measures in the textile sector. You can ask for this by e-mail.

Do you ship every day?

Yes, we ship every day from Monday to Friday. Each order till 2 pm will be shipped the same day, provided we received the payment.

Which logistics company do you ship with?

We have concluded a cooperation agreement with DHL since 01.01.2010, which will pick up the order every day and send you immediately. Delivery time within Germany: 24-48 hours after dispatch.

Is sending to packing stations is possible?

Yes No problem. Please consider the maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm.

Can I order from abroad?

Naturally, we want to supply all countries with our products. Please note, however, the different shipping charges DHL charges for delivery. If your country is not listed, please contact us by e-mail - thank you.

 

Payment information

Can I pay on account?

Yes, no problem! The invoicing is then made by the respective payment provider and your payment is directly compared with the payment provider.

The fast and secure method of payment of the future. Simply log in with your PayPal account and complete the payment.

By advance transfer:
You transfer and we send your package as soon as your money has arrived with us.

By direct transfer:
The new innovative payment method with TÜV certificate and TÜV-tested data protection.

By direct debit:
By entering account holder, account number and bank code, you can pay via PayPalPlus after positive credit check with direct debit.

Via credit card:
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard via our payment partner PayPal Plus. Further information about the payment options can be found here.

How can I redeem my voucher?
When you receive a voucher, you can redeem it with the coupon code within the order process when you buy from us. In the shopping cart you will be automatically asked if you have a coupon code.

 

Complaints, return and exchange

Unfortunately, we are only people and can not exclude mistakes to 100%. Generally: Please always contact us before sending your goods back to us. This is to your advantage - so we can find a fast solution before receiving the return.

I have a complaint. Whom can I contact?

Please send us an e-mail, which will be forwarded immediately to our complaints department.

How can I return my goods?
Of course, you can return the ordered items to us within one month after purchase. The costs for the return transport are generally accepted by the buyer. Please always enclose the return form, which is enclosed with every package. This allows a quick processing - thank you.

IMPORTANT: Unpaid returned packets are generally not accepted. Should we accept them, we will deduct the costs for the refund. As a rule, the cost is 12 EUR -> this does not have to be!

Refund of already paid goods?
A refund of goods already returned and returned can only be made if the goods are in perfect condition, the return is made in time and the corresponding dates are available to us. Please specify the following data:

  • Order number
  • account owner
  • account number
  • bank code
  • credit institution

For submissions from abroad:

  • IBAN (international account number)
  • BIC / SWIFT code (international bank code)

You can send us the bank data by e-mail.

Exchange

An exchange is possible, if the goods in us in perfect, original-packed condition (for clothes: unworn and not washed). For the re-dispatch we charge shipping costs in the amount of 4,90 EUR, which however after the receipt of the new goods to be transferred.
